With joy and high spirits, we welcome the beloved Nowruz holiday, deeply rooted in the rich historical traditions of our people. As citizens of a victorious state, we take great pride in witnessing the revival of our liberated lands. New cities and villages are being built, our displaced compatriots are returning to their native homes, and reconstruction efforts continue across the country. The foundation of these achievements lies in our national unity and the strength of our state.

On this blessed day, we pay tribute to our heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our homeland. We extend our deepest sympathies to their families and wish a swift recovery to our veterans.
